Why is Pay Your Age Day in stores canceled?
While our Workshops have new safety protocols in place and are open for Guests to visit, current social distancing guidelines limit the ability to have a large, in-person event at the Workshop. Pay Your Age Day has become a fun summer tradition many of our Guests enjoy together, and our No Line On-Line Bear Building Sale is a fun way to celeBEARate virtually with tons of great deals – it’s not Pay Your Age day, but it’s still pretty PAWsome!

How does the virtual waiting room work?
Our virtual waiting room opens at 9:30 a.m. Central Standard Time and our sale starts at 10:00 a.m. Central Standard Time. You will want to join the virtual waiting room before 10:00 a.m. Central Standard Time to be assigned a random spot in line once the sale starts. The only way to shop the sale is by joining our virtual waiting room. When your turn is approaching, you will be given access to shop the sale.

Will everyone that enters the waiting room be able to purchase furry friends at the promotional price?
Due to limited quantities of individual products, we cannot guarantee the selection and availability of every furry friend at the time you are placed in the event.

Is there a limit to how many items I can purchase at the promotional price?
This sale is limited to 2 promotional furry friends per transaction. However, you can still purchase additional regularly priced items in the same transaction. After you have checked out once, you can access the waiting room again for another chance to access the promotion.

Are all items included in the sale? 
All included items in the sale are listed with prices as marked. Some exclusions may apply. We are unable to offer Cub Condos, gift boxes, gift messages, Record Your Voice recordings or embroidered messages to items purchased during this special offer.
