HOW TO REDEEM A REWARD:
In-store: Your reward is waiting for you at the register. Simply show your reward email to a Colette by Colette Hayman team member or supply your member account information and we will apply it to your purchase at the register (available at stores within Australia and New Zealand only). Use our store locator to find a location near you. Online: 1. Sign in to your online account using your registered VIP email address. 2. Go to the checkout after you've finished shopping and you'll see your reward on the "Confirm and Pay" page. 3. Enter your VIP reward amount and click "GO" to apply the reward to your order total. For assistance on how to redeem rewards, please contact customer care. *$10 reward is to be used on a transaction with a minimum spend of $25. Reward expires after 3 months. Members can redeem rewards online or in a Colette by Colette Hayman store in Australia and New Zealand only. |
