Due to the international situation we have experienced some delays and cancellations across our warehouse and international carrier networks. International orders that were placed from 3rd April to 22nd April will unfortunately be cancelled and you should have received an email from us of the notification (please allow 2 to 5 days for the refund to show in your bank account).
To help you at this uncertain time, we've extended our returns policy to 60 days. If you’ve already sent an online purchase back to us for a refund, this should be processed in the usual timeframe and you’ll receive an email to confirm this has been actioned.
