U.S. CPSC Safety Alert: Fisher-Price Recalls Rock ‘n Play™ Sleeper.
As a valued member of our Fisher-Price® Family, we want you to be aware of this important information.
Fisher-Price, in cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, announced a voluntary recall of the Fisher-Price® Rock ‘n Play Sleepers.
Infant fatalities have occurred in Rock ‘n Play Sleepers, after the infants rolled from their back to their stomach or side while unrestrained, or under other circumstances.
Consumers should immediately stop using the product and contact Fisher-Price at www.service.mattel.com. You can also contact Fisher-Price at 1-866-812-6518 Monday through Friday between the hours of 9 AM and 6 PM Eastern Time.
