Giro racers dominated the legendary Leadville Trail 100 MTB. With Kate Courtney smashing the women’s course record by 11 minutes and Keegan Swenson winning the men’s race for a record 5th consecutive year. The “Race Across the Sky” is notoriously demanding with over 11,000 feet (3,400 m) of climbing above Leadville, CO which itself is located at 10,200 ft (3,100 m) above sea level.
