1 HP Laptop Subscription includes select laptops and peripherals paid for with a monthly fee charged to your payment method on file based on the devices you select. HP retains ownership of the devices throughout the subscription, and devices must be returned to HP upon subscription upgrade or cancellation. For complete details see HP Laptop Subscription Terms of Service. Your subscription and monthly payments, plus any applicable taxes, will automatically renew and continue unless you cancel. If you cancel your subscription within 30 days of enrolling and return the devices within 10 days of receiving the prepaid return label provided to you and your first monthly payment and any additional charges will be fully refunded to your payment method. Any charge made to your payment method will be fully refunded. You may cancel your subscription at any time by visiting My Account and clicking "Cancel subscription" or by calling 1-866-204-8618. Individual services cannot be cancelled. Early cancellation fees will apply if you cancel after the first 30 days and during the first 12-month term of your subscription based on the devices you select. After the 12-month term, you may cancel anytime without a cancellation fee; or continue your existing subscription by continuing to pay the monthly fee; or upgrade to a new HP Laptop Subscription and payment/cancellation fee/ schedule.

3 30 Day Risk-Free Period: To avoid continuing monthly fees and the early cancellation fee applicable to your HP Laptop Subscription, simply cancel within the first 30 days by visiting My Account and clicking “Cancel subscription” or by calling 1-866-204-8618. If you cancel your subscription within 30 days of enrolling and return the devices within 10 days of receiving the prepaid return label provided to you and your first monthly payment and any additional charges will be fully refunded to your payment method.
4 HP Laptop Subscription includes next-business-day replacement for warranty issues. Accidental damage is not included. Service levels and response times may vary depending on your geographic location. Restrictions and limitations apply. See next business day replacement datasheet.
