Our third annual Thanksgiving Leftover Sandwich contest is here, and we could only trust one man to judge the competition: Mason Hereford out of New Orleans. As the owner of the sandwich shop Turkey and the Wolf, aka Bon Appétit's 2017 "Best New Restaurant in America," Mason is certainly (over)qualified for the job—and was even nice enough to share his own personal recipe with us.
