This time we collaborated on their Slick GR2: a hyper-durable gear hauler with a carry-on compliant, 40L capacity that makes one-bag travel more streamlined than ever. Inspired by Special Forces medical bags that GORUCK founder Jason relied on in the field, our version of the Slick GR2 comes equipped with two main compartments and double the pockets for optimal organizing. Back in 1960s Anaheim, California, Vans was just a burgeoning made-to-order business. They were handcrafting boat shoes with an insane level of grip that the newly formed skate scene realized could keep them firmly planted on a different kind of deck. Their Anaheim Factory collection pays tribute to all the original pairs that put them on the map—each one complete with original detailing like a thicker rubber edge, more durable materials, and traditional stitch work. These Vans don’t just go off the wall, they go back in time.
