Hunter Boots x Happy Rugs (“Prize Draw”) By entering this Prize Draw I agree that I have accepted and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions below and the Hunter privacy policy. The promoters of this Prize Draw are Hunter Boot USA, LLC c/o 57 West 57th Street, 20th Floor, New York, NY 10019 and Foot Locker USA, 330 West 34th Street, 2nd Floor New York, NY 10001 jointly referred to as the (“Promoter”). The Prize Draw is open to all legal USA residents, except employees of the Promoter or Supplier, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with the administration of the Prize Draw. Entrants must be 18 years or over. The Prize Draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary. All entries must be submitted via the @HunterBoots Instagram post with the competition outlined. For entries to be counted the user must be following @HunterBoots and @happy.rugs on Instagram and have commented and tagged (@ mentioned) one friend in the comments of the post. Only one (1) entry per person is permitted. Third party or bulk entries will not be accepted. The opening date for entries is 12pm (EST) on Monday 30th May 2022 (“Opening Date”). The closing date of the Prize Draw is 11.59pm (EST) on Monday 6th June 2022 (“Closing Date”). Entries received after the closing time will not be counted. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are misdirected, lost, delayed, damaged or corrupted due to any computer malfunction, virus, bug or delay or other reason whatsoever. A potential winner will be chosen at random on 7th June 2022 (”Draw Date”) from all the eligible entries received. There will be two (2) winners. The winner will receive the bespoke Hunter Boots PLAY rug created by Happy Rugs worth up to $1,000 and includes the cost of delivery within the continental United States of America (“Prize”). The selected entrant will be notified via Instagram direct message from the @hunterboots accounts before Friday 10th June 2022 and be asked to provide the Promoter with any details necessary to claim their Prize (such as email address, postal address or telephone number). In order to be declared the winner, the selected entrant must (i) respond to the Promoter within seven (7) days of being notified by the Promoter and (ii) otherwise comply with these Official Rules. Return of any prize or winner notification as undeliverable; inability to reach selected entrant or failure of selected entrant to respond to notification within seven (7) business days of first attempt by Promoter or Promoter’s agent, failure to provide proof of eligibility (if requested)or other non-compliance with these Official Rules may result in disqualification, forfeiture of the prize and at the Promoter’s sole discretion, selection of an alternate eligible entrant for the forfeited prize in accordance with these Official Rules, who will be subject to disqualification in the same manner. The Promoter will arrange delivery of the Prize within 30 days of the selected entrant being declared the official winner. The Prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. Promoter will not be responsible for lost or stolen Prize. The Prize is supplied by Hunter Boot USA, LLC c/o 57 West 57th Street, 20th Floor, New York, NY 10019 (“Supplier”). The Prize is subject to availability and the Promoter reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances make it necessary to do so. The Promoter shall not be liable for any claims or complaints of any nature in respect of the Prize. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it, other than for the purposes of contacting the potential winner. The winner’s name and county can be obtained by them sending a direct message to the @HunterBoots Instagram account within fourteen (14) days after the date of the Closing Date of the Prize Draw. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the Prize to anyone in breach of these Official Rules. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Prize Draw where it becomes necessary to do so. PROMOTER, ITS AGENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, CONSULTANTS, EMPLOYEES AND REPRESENTATIVES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR (I) ANY CONDITION CAUSED BY EVENTS BEYOND THEIR CONTROL THAT MAY CAUSE THE PRIZE DRAW TO BE DISRUPTED OR CORRUPTED; (II) ANY INJURIES, LOSSES OR DAMAGES (COMPENSATORY, DIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR OTHERWISE) OF ANY KIND ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH OR AS A RESULT OF THE PRIZE, OR ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, OR USE OF THE PRIZE, OR FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE PRIZE DAW; OR (III) ANY PRINTING OR TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS IN ANY MATERIALS ASSOCIATED WITH THE PRIZE DRAW. BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PRIZE DRAW EACH ENTRANT AGREES TO RELEASE AND HOLD PROMOTER, ITS RESPECTIVE AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, ADVERTISING, PROMOTION AND FULFILLMENT AGENCIES, LEGAL ADVISORS, OR OTHER PARTIES IN ANY WAY INVOLVED IN THE DEVELOPMENT, PRODUCTION, OR DISTRIBUTION OF THE PROMOTER, ITS AGENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, CONSULTANTS, EMPLOYEES AND REPRESENTATIVES, HARMLESS FROM ANY AND ALL LOSSES, DAMAGES, RIGHTS, CLAIMS AND ACTIONS IN ANY KIND IN CONNECTION WITH THE PRIZE DRAW OR RESULTING FROM ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, OR USE OF ANY PRIZE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, AND PROPERTY DAMAGE, AND CLAIMS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION, OR INVASION OF PRIVACY. Winners may be required to participate in publicity related to the Prize Draw which may include the publication of their name, county and photograph in any media. By entering the Prize Draw, except as prohibited by law, entrants agree to the Promoter’s unrestricted use of such publicity for the Promoter’s own purposes in all activities including without limitation, marketing and promotional activities worldwide including use on the Promoter’s websites and social media platforms. All information submitted to Hunter including any user content that you transmit, upload, post, e-mail, share, distribute, reproduce or make otherwise available to us in relation to this Prize Draw (“User Content”) shall be treated in accordance with Hunter’s privacy policy . The Prize Draw will be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New York and entrants to the Prize Draw submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Southern District of New York.
