Had our first gravel/trail ride on the Purple People Eater today! It was a blast!!! Riding a tandem on trails is a whole new experience though, it's extra scary on the back when you can't see what's coming (it just meant I had to really work on my bike skills to be sure I was ready for all that stuff I couldn't see!)! But still so much fun!! Still have a few tweaks to make and parts to find for the bike, that early 90's stuff isn't so easy to find anymore! Next spring, gravel road race as a tandem team!! Woot woot!!!
