A Keycap Set Years in the Making is Finally Here

KDS Solarized Dark is a PBT keycap set made in Cherry profile. Years in the making, it is a highly requested keycap set that is inspired by Ethan Schoonover's Solarized color palette for terminal and GUI applications. This color palette is popular among programmers and is used in a majority if not all integrated development environments.

Solarized Dark is built with KDS technology. This method of producing keycaps, which we debuted with KDS Transmutation, is a custom reverse dye-sub process perfected by Kono. We use Cherry PBT keycaps and through our reverse dye-sub process are able to create crisp legends while closely matching the colors as intended by the designers. This is true innovation as we’ve now been able to take keycaps and make them into high quality canvases for works of art. 

We’re so proud of this set and the time we’ve put into creating the tech to manufacture these high quality keycaps.
