I'm going to talk about something that really hits close to home - and that's basic fitness. When I say basic fitness, I mean basic. I'm not even talking about how much exercise you do, or how long you can run. I mean fundamentals that - if you can't even fulfil - are posing major risks to your health and wellbeing.

For a few years I suffered from severe, debilitating back pain. It was built up from years of accumulated stress formed by bad habits that I ignored until it was too late. It took me another year of hard (and painful) work to build back my strength and reform my habits to recover.

While there are tons of things that influence your basic fitness, I'm going to cover major ones that I'm sure apply to at least 80% of everyone in the 3 articles below.

This information doesn't discriminate between age or fitness level. Regardless of either you need to be paying attention to these things:

At Lifehack I've made sure to create an environment where my team can at least fulfil these basic fundamentals. We have standing desks, a small gym, and plenty of space to move and stretch during the day.

I highly encourage you to be proactive and start reshaping your basic fitness habits now!

There's a lot more where these are coming from, so I would really love to hear your feedback - if you want more like this or if you'd like me to share other topics, please send them to me.

Cheers!
