The quickest way to change the feeling of a room is to alter the color temperature of your lights, which is now easier to do than ever before!

What is color temperature?

Color temperature, which is measured in degrees Kelvin (K for short), describes the hue of a light bulb or source.

Warm white ranges from about 2000K to 3000K and has a yellowish tint.

Cool white ranges from about 3100K to 4500K and is a more neutral white.

Daylight ranges from about 4600K to 5000K and has a bluish tint.

How to change

To change the color temperature of a light, you used to have to buy new bulbs – but with tunable-white technology, it’s easier now. Using a switch or a remote control, you can adjust the color temperature as needed and as often as you like.
