As we head into the peak of tomato season, we want to share some of our favorite ways to celebrate our favorite fruit. From sun-dried to fresh heirloom, there are endless ways to enjoy your ripe juicy summer tomatoes, and luckily we have the key for you to serve them up. Globally, tomatoes are one of the most highly produced produce, so here are some of our favorite tomato recipes from around the world.

What better side dish for your Labor Day BBQ than warm toasted garlic bread, topped with a fresh sweet tomato puree and topped with flakey sea salt? This Spanish tableside staple will be sure to impress all your party guests, with minimal prep on your end. Or travel to India for a cooling, refreshing, revitalizing raita. It’s a simple mixture of crispy cucumbers, plump tomatoes, mint, and cumin, whisked together in yogurt and served alongside almost anything (or these succulent lamb kebabs which also feature a roasted rendition of our beloved crop)! And after the heat of summer dissipates, we can still enjoy the season favorite in many cooked varieties as well: Roast them, stew them, and stuff them.
