We’ve made updates to our PaintPerks^® Program Terms & Conditions to streamline them and better reflect how we interact with you. Among other things, we modified the legal procedures that govern in the event a dispute arises between us.

These updated terms will take effect as of today for new members. For existing members, like you, the terms take effect on February 16, 2023. By continuing your membership in our PaintPerks program as of February 16, 2023, you accept and agree to these updated terms and will continue to enjoy all of the benefits of our PaintPerks program.
