ich freue mich, Ihnen mitzuteilen, dass es mit Stylebop weitergeht.
Als Insolvenzverwalter über das Vermögen der Stylebop GmbH, Maria-Merian-Straße 7, 85521 Ottobrunn, habe ich Teile des Geschäftsbetriebs der Stylebop GmbH an die Fashion ID GmbH & Co. KG, Berliner Allee 2, 40212 Düsseldorf, verkauft. Nach Freigabe durch die Fusionskontrollbehörden wird Fashion ID so schnell wie möglich eine Online-Luxusplattform unter der Bezeichnung »Stylebop« und über die bekannte Webseite www.stylebop.com betreiben.
Zu den verkauften Teilen des Geschäftsbetriebs gehören auch die bei Stylebop gespeicherten Kundendaten. Wir bitten Sie um zwei Einwilligungserklärungen: Zum einen möchten wir Ihre Kundendaten (Name, Vorname, Adresse, Geschlecht, Körpermaße, Kleidungs- und Schuhgrößen, Geburtsdatum, E-Mail- Adresse, Bestellhistorie, nicht aber Bankverbindungen und Zahlungsinformationen) zur postalischen Werbung und Abwicklung künftiger Bestellungen auf die Fashion ID übertragen. Zum anderen möchte Fashion ID Ihnen künftig Werbung per E-Mail mit Neuigkeiten zu Stylebop zusenden.
Beide Einwilligungen sind freiwillig und voneinander unabhängig. Sie können diese jederzeit durch Erklärung gegenüber der Fashion ID, FASHION ID GmbH & Co. KG Berliner Allee 2, 40212 Düsseldorf oder service@fashionid.de, mit Wirkung für die Zukunft widerrufen. Wenn Sie keine Einwilligung erteilen, werden Ihre Daten nicht an die Fashion ID übertragen und Fashion ID sendet Ihnen auch keine Werbung per E-Mail.
Stimmen Sie nur der Übertragung Ihrer Kundendaten zu, sendet Fashion ID Ihnen keine Werbung per E-Mail. Stimmen Sie nur der Werbung durch Fashion ID per E-Mail zu, übertragen wir lediglich Ihre E-Mail-Adresse und Fashion ID würde im Falle einer Bestellung Ihre Kundendaten neu erheben.
Die Einwilligungen sind möglich bis zum 18. Dezember 2019. Nach Ablauf dieser Frist können Sie den Newsletter jederzeit über www.stylebop.com abonnieren.

Dear Stylebop customer,
I am happy to inform you that Stylebop will be continued.
As insolvency administrator over the assets of Stylebop GmbH, Maria-Merian-Straße 7, 85521 Ottobrunn, I have sold parts of the business of Stylebop GmbH to Fashion ID GmbH & Co. KG, Berliner Allee 2, 40212 Düsseldorf. After having obtained merger control clearance from the merger control authorities, Fashion ID will operate an online luxury platform under the name of »Stylebop« and via the familiar www.stylebop.com website as soon as possible.
The parts of the business sold also include the customer data stored with Stylebop. We kindly ask you to make two consent declarations: firstly, we would like to transfer your customer data to Fashion ID (name, given name, address, gender, body measurements, clothing and shoe sizes, date of birth, email address, purchase order history, but excluding bank and payment details) for postal advertising and for processing future orders. Secondly, Fashion ID would like to send you advertising via email with news on Stylebop in the future.
Both consents are voluntary and independent of each other. You can revoke your consent at any time by way of a declaration to Fashion ID, FASHION ID GmbH & Co. KG Berliner Allee 2, 40212 Düsseldorf or to service@fashionid.de, with effect for the future. If you do not give your consent, we will not transfer your data to Fashion ID and Fashion ID will not send you any advertising via email.
If you only consent to the transfer of your customer data, Fashion ID will not send you any advertising via email. If you only consent to receiving advertising via email from Fashion ID, we will only transmit your email address and, should you place an order, Fashion ID would newly collect your customer data.
Consent declarations may be given until 18 December 2019. After expiry of this time limit, you can subscribe to the newsletter at any time at www.stylebop.com.
