The bad news is that the world has become a lot larger today with the Internet. So… handwritten letters aren’t always feasible. The good news?

You're receiving this email because you have exceptional taste in tea. Also, at some point, you opted in to receive updates, news, or information about our premium tea selections and offerings. Whether it was through a subscription, a form submission during a purchase, or another form of communication, your information was shared willingly, and we respect your decision to join our community of tea connoisseurs. (It may have been when you first discovered our single-origin Darjeeling.)
If you’re wondering if optining in was a good decision, I’ll let you make that decision. But rest assured that we aim to keep all emails relevant, timely, and without unnecessary clutter. This includes respecting your inbox, refraining from sending poster-style “boring” emails and giving you full control to unsubscribe whenever you want.
We email a lot, like daily-ish (and maybe even more during an event). But we make it a core rule to make all emails entertaining, enlightening, and/or educational so that they put a smile on your face… even when you are not ready to take action. If you ever find these emails no longer steep your interest, there are no hard feelings. You can easily unsubscribe using the link provided at the bottom of every email. (here’s an Unsubscribe link for your convenience) By clicking the unsubscribe link, you'll completely remove yourself from our list.
The process is as simple as brewing a perfect cup, and any changes will take effect promptly. We don't use tricks or gimmicks to keep you subscribed. Our priority is to ensure that our emails add value to your tea experience, and if they don't, we respect your decision to part ways.
On that note, if you do not want to unsubscribe completely but want fewer emails, you can reply to any of our emails to reach our customer experience team. They will put you on a private list that receives a lot fewer emails each week (but I don’t promise the exact amount because, just like how tea grows, we can’t predict when we have an important update). The reason we do not have a way to automatically click a link and be added to this private list is because technology is glitchy in nature. We know we will piss more people off if we create this link in the system… but Klaviyo messed up and didn’t tag you when you click. (this can happen easily under the current iOS privacy setting)
