But I'm writing this email because I want to share a story with you:

I was making chai for Kausshal.

As I stood watching it boil, something stirred in me. I realized how much has to align for a good cup of chai. The right amount of water, tea leaves, sugar... and just the right boil.

Not too long. Not too short.

Not too strong. Not too light.

It's more than just ingredients. It's about knowing the person you're making it for... the way they like it... what comforts them... and what they need in that precise moment.

Chai, I realized, is not a recipe.

I want to thank you during this uncertain time.

Kausshal and I founded Teabox 13+ years ago. We've gone through so much turbulence on this journey. Everyone thought we were crazy.

"It's impossible to sell tea online," they claimed.

And they would be correct... if it wasn't for Kausshal's determination, Mr. Gomden's experience, Mr. Ratan's support, and the whole team's effort.

Now...

I don't know what might happen a few days later when the new 50 percent tariff goes live. (Nobody knows for sure.) I sincerely hope there will be a simple and affordable solution for all the tea lovers in the world. However -

I want to assure you that the whole team is working day and night, figuring out a solution to continuously provide fresh, hand-crafted, authentic Indian tea to you.
Regardless of where you live.
