Definitions: “Promotion Card” means an electronic With Our Compliments card that may be used beginning 01/01/2022 and that EXPIRES 03/31/2022 (end of business day). “Gift Card” means a The Cheesecake Factory gift card (including either a physical gift card or an electronic gift card).  “Promotion Period” me means online: 11/22/2021 through 12/31/2021; in restaurant: 11/26/2021 through 12/31/2021., or while supplies last. “Participating Restaurant” means any The Cheesecake Factory restaurant located in the United States, including Puerto Rico.

Promotion Fine Print: Promotion Cards may be used beginning 01/01/2022 and EXPIRE 03/31/2022 (end of business day).  $50.00 Promotion Card increments must be purchased in a single transaction. No More than ten (10) Promotion Cards ($150 value) will be provided in connection with any single transaction. May not be used in conjunction with any other discount or offer. Neither The Cheesecake Factory Restaurants, Inc. nor its affiliates are responsible for any inability to purchase Promotion Cards during the Promotion Period, regardless of cause, and will not provide rain checks or other 'make goods' in the event of any such inability. Offer may be terminated at any time for any reason.   Promotion Cards are subject to separate terms of use*.
