*Free Slice of Cheesecake Promotional Terms: Guests who become a Cheesecake Rewards™ Member by no later than November 2, 2023 (each, a “Member” and, collectively, the “Members”) and complete a Qualifying Purchase (hereafter defined) during the Offer Term (hereafter defined) are eligible to receive one free slice of either REESE’S^® Peanut Butter Chocolate Cake Cheesecake or HERSHEY’S^® Chocolate Bar Cheesecake (“Free Slice”) while supplies last.

Definitions: “Qualifying Purchase” means a food and/or beverage purchase of at least $40.00 (excluding all taxes and gratuity) that is placed as a single order, in a single transaction, for dine-in or same-day pickup or delivery, from a Participating Restaurant (either in restaurant, online from thecheesecakefactory.com or by telephone, or from DoorDash) during the Offer Term. “Offer Term” means October 30, 2023 through November 2, 2023 during normal restaurant operating hours, or when 40,000 Free Slices are provided, or the Offer Term is terminated for any reason (or no reason). “Participating Restaurant” means any The Cheesecake Factory restaurant in the United States of America, including Puerto Rico.

To receive the Free Slice, Members must: for online redemptions, log into their Cheesecake Rewards™ Member account and apply their Free Slice reward during checkout; when redeeming in restaurant, tell their server that they are a Cheesecake Rewards™ Member, and would like to redeem their Free Slice reward and provide the phone number associated with their Member account; and, when redeeming via telephone order, tell the cashier that they are a Cheesecake Rewards™ Member and would like to redeem their Free Slice reward and provide the phone number associated with their Member account.

The Free Slice reward may also be redeemed on a Qualifying Purchase placed through DoorDash (Free Slice is not redeemable through any other food delivery service). To receive the Free Slice on a Qualifying Purchase placed through DoorDash, Members must have their Cheesecake Rewards™ account linked with their DoorDash account. Members may link their Cheesecake Rewards™ account with their DoorDash account via DoorDash.com or via the DoorDash app. In order to successfully link these accounts, the phone number associated with the Member’s DoorDash account must match the phone number associated with the Member’s Cheesecake Rewards™ account. Accounts must remain linked to receive and redeem the Free Slice reward. To receive the Free Slice, Members must apply the Free Slice reward from their available promotions when checking out via DoorDash.com or the DoorDash app. Other fees, taxes, and gratuities may apply. Neither DoorDash nor The Cheesecake Factory are responsible for any inability to link accounts, regardless of cause, and will not provide rain checks or other 'make goods' in the event of any such inability.
