We’re writing to let you know that we’ve updated our Terms and Conditions of Use, effective October 7, 2024. Please note that your continued use of the Vegas.com website and mobile app will be subject to these revised terms starting October 7, 2024.

While we encourage you to review the updated Terms and Conditions of Use in full, here are some of the key updates:

• We’ve clarified the scope of the warranties made by Vegas.com with respect to your use of our site and our liability to you for the same.


• We’ve updated our arbitration provision to incorporate the American Arbitration Association’s mass arbitration rules and added a batch arbitration provision to increase the efficiency of similar arbitration demands.


• We’ve updated our mutual arbitration agreement to give you more information on the types of disputes that are subject to mandatory arbitration and those that are exempted from the arbitration requirements.


• We’ve provided more detail on our mandatory informal initial dispute mechanism and your rights to opt out of the arbitration agreement and/or the class action, class arbitration, and collective relief waiver.
