New York Fashion Week officially kicks off tomorrow, but here at Vogue editors have been in and out of the office for days, previewing collections, meeting with designers, and hunting for scoops. Laia Garcia-Furtado sat down with Fforme’s new creative director Frances Howie (who hails from Alber Elbaz’s Lanvin and Stella McCartney) and got a first look at Hillary Taymour’s freshly opened Collina Strada store in Dimes Square. The two labels couldn’t be more distinct, don’t miss our runway coverage of their shows later this week. |
