ONE THING TO DO THIS WEEK | Make a pre-bed plan for better sleep 💤
These days, a good night's sleep can be hard to come by. Want to improve the amount and quality of your shut-eye? Try creating a bedtime ritual you can realistically and routinely do at night. The more you practice this habit, the easier it will be to fall asleep and rest more soundly. Here's how to start:

1. List what you need to do before bed.
This includes nightly hygiene (washing your face and brushing your teeth) and anything else that will ease your restless mind. Will prepping your lunch allow your schedule to run smoother? Then do it!

2. Pick one or two calming activities that'll help you unwind.
Watching TV before bed is common practice, but try to choose something that's relaxing but less stimulating, like journaling, gentle stretching, or meditating.

3. Figure out the order of your new routine, including when you'll start.
Jot down your pre-sleep plan in a journal or on a sticky note to remind yourself to put the ritual in motion.

YOU ASKED, WW ANSWERED
How can I change my mindset from "I can't" to "I can?"
Research shows that our thoughts have a significant impact on what we do. When we have a fixed mindset, the way we think suggests our abilities, tendencies, and circumstances are set in stone. These thoughts tend to hold us back. With a growth mindset, on the other hand, we think in a way that opens us up to learning, taking on new opportunities, and trying different approaches. These thoughts will help us move forward.

When your fixed mindset says "I can't," start by merely noticing the thought. Awareness is key to making change. Then, talk back to it with a growth mindset voice.

How?
You can remind yourself of a challenge you've overcome in the past, identify one small step you can take, or ask yourself to find one thing that you can learn from the situation.

ZEROPOINT INGREDIENT OF THE WEEK
Radishes
How to use 'em
Radishes are a red, crunchy root vegetable with a surprising amount of vitamin C. Just 1/2 cup offers 14 percent of your recommended daily dose. Most people use them raw in salads and as garnishes, but they’re also excellent roasted and grilled. Look for watermelon radishes to add a gorgeous pop of pink color to your dishes.
