HOW DOES THE CHALLENGE WORK? |
| The challenge runs for four weeks, during which you'll receive an email each week with an activity calendar and planning tips. | | |
| Each week's calendar will focus on a specific benefit and provide daily challenges for you to follow, including attending 3 STRONG Nationยฎ classes each week. | | |
| You can choose to participate in in-person, livestream, or pre-recorded STRONG Nationยฎ classes. Check out the available classes to find an instructor near you to plan your weeks in advance. (Please note that a fee may apply for these classes.) | | |

Tracking Your Progress |
At the start of each week, measure your resting heart rate, max heart rate, and VO2 max. Record these on your tracking sheet; weโll review them at the end of the challenge. |
