GoldSilver Get a Sneak Peek at Multi-User Access at GoldSilver

Dear GoldSilver Community,

We've been working hard to enhance your GoldSilver experience, and we're excited to introduce a powerful new feature you've been asking for! 

Multi-User Account Access 

What does this mean for you? 

• Add up to two additional users to your account
• Choose between Full Access or Notifications Only for each user
• Collaborate seamlessly with family members or financial advisors
• Maintain control while delegating responsibilities 

If you don't see this feature in your account yet, don't worry – it will be added to your account over the next few weeks. Here's how it works: 

• Log in to your account
• Navigate to the Account tab
• Click "ADD NEW" in the top right corner 

• Select the access level for your new user. Choose between Full Access, where users can trade and manage settings, or Notifications Only, perfect for keeping them informed without granting full control.

Rest assured, we've implemented robust security measures to protect your account and data when adding new users. Users will need 2-Factor Authentication to log in. 

This feature is designed to empower you, giving you more control and flexibility over your investments. Whether you want to share responsibilities or simply keep others informed, we’ve got you covered.
