Confirm Your Mailing Address!

In an effort to reduce lost, returned, and undeliverable badges, please confirm your shipping address before April 25, 2022 by 11:59 PM PT. Log into your ShowClix "My Tickets" account, go to Order History, and check all Registration Orders to confirm your Shipping Address information.

If the address is correct, no action is needed. If your address is incorrect, or you want your badge shipped to a different location, update it by clicking the "Change Address" button. Note that badges are only shipped to one address per order so please ensure your preferred mailing address is indicated.

Badge mailing will start in early May. Badges will only be mailed within the US and Canada. International attendees must pick up their badges at the Badge Pickup counters in the Registration Booth located in Gilbert Lindsay Plaza in front of West Hall. Remember to bring a valid government-issued photo ID that matches the name registered to the badge. See the Anime Expo website for the Registration Booth hours of operation.
