We are excited to announce that the 2025 Anime Expo Official Hotel Block will be launching on January 21, 2025, at 1:00 PM PT. 

The AX Official Hotel Block is separated into the following groups: General Attendees, Exhibitors, and Artist Alley. Please note that while the hotel blocks for General Attendees, Exhibitors, and Artist Alley will open simultaneously, each group has its own hotel room allocation. Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend booking early to secure your room. Additionally, hotel rates and cancellation policies are consistent across all groups, though they may vary by hotel.

A separate email with additional details, including hotel policies, will be sent in the coming days. Each group will receive a unique booking link on January 21st.

ConferenceDirect is the official housing provider for Anime Expo 2025. They are the only authorized platform to offer exclusive hotel rates for AX participants. If you book through a third-party website or directly with the hotel, any customer service inquiries must be directed to the booking service you used.
