Based on availability, you can either *Exchange* your 1-Day badge for another 1-Day badge, or *Upgrade* your 1-Day (or Child) to a 4-Day badge. Downgrades are not permitted. In an effort to avoid lost, returned, or undeliverable badges, please confirm your shipping address before April 19, 2024 by 11:59 PM PT. Log into your ShowClix "My Tickets" account, go to Order History, and check all Registration Orders to confirm your Shipping Address information.
If the address is correct, no action is needed. If your address is incorrect, or you want your badge shipped to a different location, update it by clicking the "Change Address" button. Note that badges are only shipped to one address per order so please ensure your preferred mailing address is indicated.
Badge mailing will start in early May and will only be mailed within the US and Canada. International attendees must pick up their badges at the Registration Booth located at Chick Hearn Court.
