Last week I wrote about sleep, and got a lot of responses about it. There's an important distinction between Sleep vs. Rest, because it is an key factor in giving you the fuel for your life: Energy.

Without proper energy levels to sustain your mind and body, even the best planned actions will end up cut short or laid off to the side. Whatever you wish to achieve, having the physical energy to actually do it is a fundamental success factor.

Unfortunately, feeling constantly tired or fatigued is usually a long term problem. What I mean is, if you have problems with low energy, you're might be so used to it that you probably don't even recognise it as an urgent concern.

Do you think being constantly tired is naturally a part of busy life, and accept it as such? If you do, it may be time to question this assumption or belief!

Low energy affects almost every aspect of your life. It's contributes to burn out, poor decision making, low motivation, procrastination, loss of focus, and the list goes on and on.

By injecting energy back into your life, you will see an overall improvement across almost every aspect of it. Albert Einstein once said: "Everything is energy and that’s all there is to it." I think he really hit the nail on the head!

To get energetic again, you need to find out what's causing your low energy state, and pinpoint your actions to counter them. Here's a more in-depth guide that I've written to help you get moving:

Feeling Tired All the Time? Find out Why and How to Get Energetic Again
