Hi,

Overwhelmed by endless to-dos?

The 3x3 rule breaks your day into manageable parts: 3 priorities, 3 breaks, and 3 reflections. It's a simple structure to bring focus, balance, and clarity to your day.

How it works:

1. Start with 3 priorities.

Every morning, list three tasks that matter most. These are the tasks that will move your personal or professional goals forward. Keep them achievable and focused—this isn’t about doing everything, just the things that matter.

Example: Instead of tackling 15 small tasks, prioritize completing that presentation, prepping for your meeting, and making time for a personal project.

2. Plan 3 breaks.

Don’t power through the day without pause. Schedule three short breaks to step away, recharge, and reset. Even a 5-minute walk or a quick stretch can help prevent burnout and keep your energy up.

Tip: Use a timer to remind yourself when it’s break time.

3. End with 3 reflections.

Before bed, jot down three quick reflections:

This step helps you build awareness, celebrate progress, and plan for a better tomorrow.

  • What went well today?
  • What didn’t?
  • What’s one lesson you learned?

Try it tomorrow.

Write down your 3 priorities tonight. Schedule your 3 breaks in your calendar. Then, commit to reflecting before the day ends. You’ll be surprised how much clarity this small system brings to your routine.

What could you accomplish with just 3 clear priorities each day?
