'I got an unbelievable £675 refund from a "click to claim cashback" scheme.' Our success of the week comes from Ray, one of far too many MoneySavers caught out by 'click to claim' cashback service Complete Savings: "Thank you for your article on Complete Savings and the ban on its 'click to claim' ads. It gave me the confidence to know that I was not alone. After reading, I rang Complete Savings outlining my lack of explicit consent to the monthly payments contract. The agent reviewed my usage of the scheme and agreed (to my shock) that they would refund me £675. Good result and I am so glad I persisted." If we've helped you save or reclaim (on this or owt else), send us your successes. Important. English and heading to uni in Sept? Apply for student loan by this Fri (16 May). MONEY MORAL DILEMMA Should my neighbour pay half the cost of replacing the saw they often borrow? I've a small circular saw which I use to cut up pallets into kindling, saving myself a small fortune on buying ready-cut bags. My neighbour often asks to borrow my saw to do the same and uses it as much as I do, if not more. Now the saw needs replacing. With my neighbour using it so much, it doesn't take Martin to work out I only got 50% of the use out of it. Should I explain this to my neighbour and ask them to pay half the cost of a new one?
