NEW ZEALAND IS OPEN |
After more than two years of isolation, New Zealand has finally reopened to vaccinated tourists from the U.S.
TPG's Eric Rosen was one of the first Americans to be on the ground. Although it seemed a bit complicated at first, aside from some predeparture paperwork and testing, his actual arrival in New Zealand was as simple as it had been before the pandemic. He shared that traveling around the country also felt relatively normal.
What wasn’t as easy was finding award availability to get there. However, it’s not impossible, and there are some swanky new hotels that you could book there with your award night certificates or points.
