Hello EmailTuna! We're happy to announce that we're now offering curbside pick-up in our Center City shop! We hope this will be an easy way for you to stop by for a new project while our brick + mortar shop remains closed. Our new Center City hours: TUESDAY - FRIDAY: 12-4PM Phone orders + curbside pick-up SATURDAY: 10AM-12PM Curbside pick-up only Here's how it will work: | | Starting today, we will be available by phone Tuesday-Friday from 12-4PM. Call us at 215-893-9939 to place your order and arrange pick-up. Having a pattern in mind and pre-shopping on our website will be very helpful. Peruse our Journal, Instagram or Facebook for project ideas! If we are on the other line, please leave a message, we will get back to you ASAP. Please note that since today is our first day for phone orders, the earliest available pick-up is tomorrow, Wednesday, June 17th. | | You can also place your order online for curbside pick-up. Since many of you have only shopped in-store previously, here's how it works! | | Create an online account. Our online and in-store accounts are separate, so if you have an in-store Loop account, but have never shopped online, you will need to create a new account to complete your purchase. | | After you've made your selection and are ready to check out, type PICK UP in the notes section of your order. This is also where you can ask us to wind your yarn. If your order is under $95, you will be charged shipping- don't worry! We will refund you when we fulfill your order. You will receive an email saying that your order has shipped- don't worry! We will send a second email when your order is ready for pick-up. Please note that wound yarn is not returnable, and it may take a little longer for your order to be ready to pick up. | | When you arrive to pick up your order, call us and we will bring your order to the door. Please stand back while we place it in our Pick-Up bin. We will step away and then you can take your order. We appreciate your understanding that we are not able to answer knitting questions or fix mistakes during contactless pick up. You are welcome to call us and we can help you by phone. Thank you so much for your continued support as we navigate these new stash enhancement techniques!
