SAVE 20% ON NORO AKARI!
This week save 20% on colorful, summery Noro Akari! Like most Noro yarns, Akari creates stunning stripes. What's different is that Akari is a subtle gradient of a single color family making for a softer, easy-to-wear look! 

Also, Akari feels fantastic. This unique fiber blend of silk, cotton, mohair, wool and viscose (yes, all of those!) is soft to the touch but has a nice heft that makes for supreme coziness!

NIGHTSHIFT SHAWL
The pattern so nice, we knit it twice! The Nightshift is the perfect pattern to use with Akari. It shows off the slow color changes beautifully, and feels light and warm around your shoulders. 

This would make a stunning, thoughtful holiday gift for your mom, daughter or BFF. Cast on now and have plenty of time to enjoy the process!

In the blue version, we used 1 color for the background and 1 for the foreground. In the pink & yellow version, we wanted more color so we used 1 color for the background and 2 for the foreground- alternating every 2 sections. When the pattern tells you to switch, just keep on knitting!

To make this version, you'll need:

Background: 1 skein of Akari in Hirosaki
Foreground: 1 skein each of Akari in Shiroishi
US 8 32-inch circular needle

To make this version, you'll need:

Background: 1 skein of Akari in Nachi Falls
Foreground:  1 skein Akari in Toshima
Since we are out of stock in the second foreground colorway we used in this version, we recommend substituting 1 skein in Yachimata.

Make this with Akari in 3 ways:

All one colorway: Knit straight from the ball to see the longer color repeats. Or, alternate 2 skeins for a more regular striping all in one color family.

Two colorways: Alternate two different colors for an abundance of stripey fun within 2 color family.

Four colorways: ALL THE COLORS! And so much fun!

You'll need the pattern and 40-inch US8 circular needles.
The Noro Striped Scarf classic pattern that always looks smart! You can make it with one skein of Akari if you work from both ends of the ball, or wind into two balls. Use two different colors to make 2 scarves, or double the cast on number to make a wider wrap!

This pattern is free and you'll need US8 needles.
