WINNING OR LOSING WITH BONVOY

Marriott has faced its fair share of challenges following the Starwood acquisition, recent loyalty program integration and Bonvoy launch — IT problems, uninformed customer service agents, inconsistent benefit implementation and other issues have caused plenty of frustration for customers, too.
